Our aim is to promote calm, confident, connected parenting as well as infant and parental mental health. Your $1800.00 investment includes....~ Sleep intake form for you to fill out ~ 60 minute phone consult to review your intake form and go over your sleep goals~ 90 minute in home consult to go over the individualized sleep plan prepared specifically for your baby. Sleep logs included to track sleep patterns and progress ~ Three -10 hour overnight support shifts in your home with certified sleep coach to help implement plan~ Daily email and phone support for 2 weeks~ Wrap up phone call at the end of 2 weeks, followed by an email with tips for future sleep transitions *Our sleep plans address sleep biology & cycles, sleep hygiene, safe sleep, infant feeding, colic, gas & reflux, infant mental health and gentle & age appropriate sleep strategies
Tracy is the founder and owner of Sweet Dreams Doula. Her extensive 17+ year background working in Pediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care and Labor & Delivery launched her career as a Postpartum Doula. Tracy's experience and education has set her apart as a highly sought after authority in the field. It is her passion to nurture, support, encourage and educate as a Certified Postpartum Doula, Sleep Coach and Infant Feeding Specialist. Helping new families navigate their first few months brings her immeasurable joy and fulfillment. Tracy is a native of Syracuse, NY. She relocated to the Raleigh area in 2000 and now calls NC home. Tracy and her husband have four children and three grandchildren. In her free time she loves to scoot off for weekend getaways, read, do puzzles, walk her dog, have family game nights, cook big Sunday dinners and volunteer at her church in the children's ministry.
