My name is Kim and I am, first of all and proudly, a Mummy to 2 beautiful girls aged 1 and 4. I joined the Parentmedic Movement as a Mum on maternity leave with a passion to utilize my knowledge and skills as a critical care Nurse and also a Child and Family Health (CAFHS) Nurse. I am very passionate about community education and as a Movement I am so excited to have partnered with Natalie to bring this education to you all! I have also since returned to work currently as an Emergency Nurse and I love balancing my time between these roles. The Parentmedic Movement was founded by Nataly Tormey, from Melbourne, Australia. It is a global movement that empowers health professionals passionate about empowering families and parents with education to provide their knowledge with the support of a community dedicated to education. All Parentmedic Movement Ambassadors (aka educators) have completed specialised education in Baby & Child First Aid, and participate in regular assesments of knowledge and delivery standards. This is the only program available globally that ensures that educators meet certain standards. All Parentmedic Ambassadors hold current public liability insurance and relevant checks to ensure that they provide safe environments for you and your child. My Parentmedic Certification number is 2047272. We invite new members to The Parentmedic Movement.
