Your first session is an Initial Assessment + Training Session. This allows me to see where you're at physically, mentally and emotionally.This visit includes:- Full health screening (Inc. pregnancy and birth history)- Movement assessment (Inc. muscle imbalances, pelvic floor and diastasis check) + training session- Personal goal setting - Mental health checklist- Body measurements, weight, photos- Exercise program for your requirements to do at the gym or at home
Hi Mummas! My name is Ashley, and I’m a mother to an 18 month old little boy. I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer, certified in Pre/Postnatal Personal Training.
