Duration: 1-1.5 hoursPre Session: Prior to the session you will be asked to complete an initial fact find so that I can understand your health history and nutritional needs. During the session you will be presented with an analysis of your current nutritional profile as well as an action plan to increase your health. Additional Services: On request you can also opt to include 1 months meal plan, including tailored recipes and shopping lists. Recipes are written for you and include your likes, dislikes, cooking abilities, and family situation.
