The first few months of parenthood are a whirlwind of new experiences and emotions, and it can be difficult to make your child’s sleep a priority! When your baby isn’t sleeping well, everyone in the home suffers. This is when we start to rely heavily on sleep props because hey, we’re desperate for sleep! These props include hours of rocking, rubbing their back, nursing to sleep, or multiple nighttime feedings. This package will provide you with the tools and techniques you need to assist your little one on the path to developing healthy sleep skills!YOUR $500 INVESTMENT INCLUDES:• A Preliminary Evaluation: I will provide an in-depth questionnaire for you to complete. This will give me everything I need to know regarding your child’s sleep habits and routines.• Customized Sleep Plan: This will be provided shortly before our private consultation. You will be able to review the plan and we can discuss any questions you have during our call. I will also provide you with additional content pertaining to your child.• Private Phone/Zoom Consultation: Approximately 40 minutes. We will go over any questions you may have regarding your child’s customized sleep plan. We will also discuss how to address naps, bedtime, night wakings and any other needs or challenges they may face. This call is to ensure you go into night 1 feeling confident!• Sleep Log: I will send a sleep log via Google Docs where you can document your child’s progress. I will look at this daily and provide any necessary notes. This is a great way for me to get a feel for how things are going and to make adjustments to the sleep plan as needed.• Support: You will have 2 weeks of unlimited support via Voxer App and e-mail. All messages/e-mails will be responded to within one business day or sooner. We will also schedule four 20 minute phone calls throughout our 2 weeks working together.
