Description

Come along to a Dads and Grandads only Session. Let me teach you CPR, what to do when your little one chokes, gets burnt, plays with poison, has a rash on their body, develops a fever or a febrile convulsion and when to seek help when theres a head injury. The valuable information you will learn will ensure as a parent if your little one needs you YOU can help!
Sessions run for 2 hours with time for a chat, a drink, or to ask any questions. 6pm- 8pm.

Welcome to The Parentmedic Movement. I am your local Educator and can provide Baby & Child First Aid sessions in your home or a public location. You will learn information in childrens health, first aid and safety in a warm and friendly environment. The session aims to help you feel more confident and prepared in handling common childhood health issues and knowing what to do in an emergency. As a mother of 5 I am pretty confident I understand the trials and tribulations of parenthood! Plus all sessions are child friendly. As a Parentmedic Educator I have completed specialised education with The Parentmedic Movement to ensure I am up to date with current recommendations and first aid regulations. I hold Working with children check, national police check and public liability insurance. You will learn: - Baby and Child CPR - Safe Eating + First Aid for Choking - Head Injuries - Allergies + Anaphylaxis - Fevers + Temperature Management - AND MORE ! The Parentmedic Movement was founded by Nataly Tormey, from Melbourne, Australia. It is a global movement that empowers heath professionals passionate about empowering families and parents with education to provide their knowledge with the support of a community dedicated to education.
